29.Shahrzad Rafati – The Iranian girl built a billion-dollar business in Canada
Shahrzad Rafati was born in 1979. She was born in a family whose father and mother were both the famous businessmen in Tehran during the Iranian revolution. She is one of the transformational leadership examples in real life.
She arrived in the city on Canada’s Pacific coast in 1996 with just a suitcase and limited English. Nevertheless, she is determined to move abroad because she wants to see a new future and another life where she can make a difference, where equality is truly equal.
