  • DQ List has the meaning specified in Section 10.06(g).

  • Class List means a complete list of all Class Members that Defendants will

  • Customer List means a list in electronic form (or such other form determined by ActewAGL) which sets out the following items for a Volume Customer Delivery Point:

  • Open Item List means a list of work activities, Punchlist items, changes or other issues that are not expected by Owner and Contractor to be complete prior to Substantial Completion.

  • Approved Vendor List means a list of approved vendors established under Section 63G-6a-507.

  • Eligible list means an official record established and maintained by the Personnel Officer as a public record which contains the names of those persons who have successfully completed an examination, listed in order of their final ratings from the highest to the lowest rank.

  • Waiting list means the list of selected candidates waiting for appointment;

  • Short-List means the list of Persons that the Department determines are the best highly qualified potential Design-Builders for the Project, based on an evaluation of the SOQs submitted by such Persons.

  • SDN List shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.21.

  • Claims Bar Date Order means that certain Order Pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 3003(c)(3) and Local Rule 2002-1(e) Establishing Bar Dates and Related Procedures for Filing Proofs of Claim (Including for Administrative Expense Claims Arising Under Section 503(b)(9) of the Bankruptcy Code) and Approving the Form and Manner of Notice Thereof, entered by the Bankruptcy Court on July 1, 2016 (Docket No. 270), as amended, supplemented or modified from time to time.

  • Bar Date Order means the Order (I) Setting Bar Dates For Filing Proofs of Claim, Including Requests for Payment Under Section 503(b)(9), (II) Establishing Amended Schedules Bar Date and Rejection Damages Bar Date, (III) Approving the Form of and Manner for Filing Proofs of Claim, Including Section 503(b)(9) Requests, and (IV) Approving Form and Manner of Notice Thereof [Docket No. 299], entered by the Bankruptcy Court on January 10, 2018.

  • Disclosure Statement Hearing means a hearing held by the Bankruptcy Court to consider approval of the Disclosure Statement as containing adequate information as required by section 1125 of the Bankruptcy Code, as the same may be adjourned or continued from time to time.

  • Bar Date means the applicable bar date by which a proof of Claim must be or must have been Filed, as established by an order of the Bankruptcy Court, including a Bar Date Order and the Confirmation Order.

  • OFAC SDN List means the list of the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons maintained by OFAC.

  • Sanctions List means the “Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons” list maintained by OFAC, the Consolidated List of Financial Sanctions Targets and the Investment Ban List maintained by HMT, or any similar list maintained by, or public announcement of Sanctions designation made by, any of the Sanctions Authorities.

  • Priority List means the list created by the Department each biennium pursuant to ORS 286A.801 and the formula outlined in OAR 581-027-0010.

  • Approved List means Securities followed by the Global Fundamental Research Group and tracked on the Approved List. Securities may be added, removed, or undergo periodic ratings changes.

  • Master Account Approval List means the list of Attendee reservations and Dates which the Judicial Council has authorized the Contractor to xxxx associated sleeping room charges and tax against the Judicial Council’s Master Account.

  • Customer Lists We hereby agree that we shall not use any list of your customers which may be obtained in connection with this Agreement for the purpose of solicitation of any product or service without your express written consent. However, nothing in this paragraph or otherwise shall be deemed to prohibit or restrict us or our affiliates in any way from solicitations of any product or service directed at, without limitation, the general public, any segment thereof, or any specific individual, provided such solicitation is not based upon such list. 9.

  • Rear fog lamp means the lamp used to make the vehicle more easily visible from the rear in dense fog;

  • O. Reg. 419/05 means the Ontario Regulation 419/05, Air Pollution – Local Air Quality.

  • CERCLIS means the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Information System maintained by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

  • Administrative Claim Bar Date means the deadline for filing requests for payment of Administrative Claims, which shall be 30 days after the Effective Date.
