Note:

Weight restrictions for bungee classes are 90-275lb.

No recent surgeries (last 3 months) and cannot be pregnant.
Classes Times: 45 minutes for Bungee Basics, First 15 minutes dedicated to safety brief and assistance hooking into harnesses. Fast start 45 minutes for Level I, Level II and III. You will not be allowed in class if late! Must attend a minimum of 1 Bungee Basic class if you have never been to a bungee class. 3-6 classes of Level I are recommended before moving on to Level II as well as instructor approval.

No late arrivals will be allowed in after class start time. NO EXCEPTIONS

Bungee Basics

Level I

Bungee Basics—(mandatory for first time visitors before moving on to Bungee Level I)

This class is to teach you the very basics of bungee. You will spend time getting comfortable in the harness and learning to trust the bungee. You will learn basic techniques of bungee fitness including squats, ups, lunges, burpees and more. As you learn these skill sets, you will familiarize yourself with the resistance and assistance the bungee offers to alleviate unnecessary stress on your joints. You are only required to come to this class once before moving on to Bungee Level I.

*Restrictions: you must be 16 years of age, 16-17 years old requires a parent waiver. You must be at least 90lb and cannot be over 275lb. You cannot be pregnant, have major health issues, or recent surgeries within the past 6 months.

Bungee Level I

Level I

Bungee Level I—(after you have attended Bungee Basics at least 1 time)

This is a faster paced class incorporating the skill sets and techniques you learned in the Bungee Basics class. You will be comfortable trusting the bungee and the assistance it offers to the workout routine. We will be taking the basic moves of squats, ups, lunges, burpees and more and adding more cardio so get ready to get your heart rate up and sweat!

*Restrictions: you must be 16 years of age, 16-17 years old requires a parent waiver. You must be at least 90lb and cannot be over 275lb. You cannot be pregnant, have major health issues, or have recent surgeries within the past 6 months.

Beginner Bungee Fit

Level I

Start with our Level 1 class to learn the basic techniques of bungee fitness. You will learn to feel comfortable and trust the bungee while doing the basic jumps, squats, and burpees. Come to this class as many times as it takes to master these basic movements. You will have fun and get your heart rate up at the same time. Once you master this class, you will be ready to move on to our Level II.

Intermediate Bungee Fit

Level II

Our Level II is for those who have mastered Level I. If you can do a burpee with ease and feel comfortable with basic jumps, you are ready to further challenge yourself and learn more difficult routines. This class with build on your basics you learned in level I as you increase your skillsets. After you have mastered this class, you will be ready for our Level III.

*Restrictions: you must be 16 years of age, 16-17 years old requires a parent waiver. You must be at least 90lb and cannot be over 275lb. You cannot be pregnant, have major health issues, or have recent surgeries within the past 6 months.

Advanced Bungee Fit

Level III

In this class we are again building on the skills you learned in Level I & II and taking it further. If you are comfortable doing the Needle, Fly Spring, Push Flies and a switch you are ready for this class. If not, please continue Level II until you have mastered those to prevent injury to yourself or others. This entire class is high intensity and you will be in almost constant fat burning mode. So get your bungee on and be ready to burn some major calories in this class!

*Restrictions: you must be 16 years of age, 16-17 years old requires a parent waiver. You must be at least 90lb and cannot be over 275lb. You cannot be pregnant, have major health issues, or recent surgeries within the past 6 months.

Jump Class

Note: Jump classes are coming soon*

Jump class is a fun and safe low impact workout that will get your heart pumping and you into shape fast! You will put on a pair of jump shoes that will absorb the impact of your workout while burning a lot of calories. The design of the shoes enables you to quickly tone and sculpt your thighs, core, and glutes.
